So I left a request for estimate on their simple website, not expecting much; and I received an email very quickly from Nancy. After providing the source and destination addresses, I immediately received a professional, good-faith move estimate. Since I was already impressed by Christie speed, clear and complete estimate and upfront communications, I booked them immediately. I didn't bother getting a second move estimate to compare. From the first phone call I knew they were the right ones! They were never pushy and seem incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. The morning of our move we were called shortly before they were supposed to arrive, because of inclement weather we were forced to push back the start time, which was totally fine with us. Called San Jose Movers on a wed night for a move on Sunday morning. My move was only down the street, however we had a lot of stuff. To start, I had called several moving companies prior to San Jose Movers group and no one would pick up the phone or call back. When I called San Jose Movers group, they immediately picked up the phone and gave me an reasonable quote. Edgar, Miguel, and Carlitos arrived on time and worked quickly for us. They took care to wrap all of our belongings and were efficient with our time. Overall we had a good experience with the San Jose movers here in San Jose.
