The only down side is the size of the apartments but that is something you know when you sign the lease and it’s not a secret. These apartments are ideal for 1 person or a couple. However I do love the apartments and I love the environment with the nice pool and the beautiful plants and well taken care of laundry room and landscaping. The maintenance crew is friendly and always prompt to help with anything. Amy is a very nice women as well and she seems very good at her job.
Nice place
I have lived there for four years and recently left. They are upgrading there complex and I'm excited for anyone who wants to find a great place to live via location, accommodating staff, great maintenance and price. I never had a bug issue and the generosity and simplicity explains the living corders. Let's not forget the tennis n basketball court.
Living here was a terrible experience. There were lice in the fridge when I moved in, and they double-charged me when I moved out. When I confronted the apartment manager about being billed for two months instead of one, she claimed there was nothing she could do about it.
