- Unprofessional Leasing Staff, bad communication, notices for water shut offs never seem to be sent out, also don't write a bad review until you're ready to leave, they will not extend your lease and kick you out. - High cost, heavy rent increases with every lease renewal, minimum 90$ per increase in my experience - Noisy leaf blowers used too frequently, Monday through Friday every morning for about 2 to 3 hours - Loud surrounding area with lots of construction, loud neighbors, just a very noisy place in general. - Units h... read more
I'm going to give a high start review because the apartment complex and the staff is great. I am work from home, though, and I have to say, that "Hope Ice Cream" truck that comes around what seems like nearly every day, plays the most annoying and loud music as it is slowly driving around the area. I really wish that Ice Cream truck would stop coming around, or at least stop playing the music. It seems like it goes on for about 30 minutes each time somehow and I cant stand it. The only down side is the size of the apartments but that is something you know when you sign the lease and it’s not a secret. These apartments are ideal for 1 person or a couple. However I do love the apartments and I love the environment with the nice pool and the beautiful plants and well taken care of laundry room and landscaping. The maintenance crew is friendly and always prompt to help with anything. Amy is a very nice women as well and she seems very good at her job.
