Great place for if you don't need much space, and don't have children or pets. The one bedrooms are separated by a partition wall, no door, which is fine but not suitable for a growing family. Very clean courtyard and very pretty. Never had any roaches. Pretty quiet for the most part besides the daily morning yardwork. leasing office and management are super easy to communicate with and really nice people overall. We have really enjoyed living in this apartment! The location is convenient and close to everything we need, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. The apartment and garden are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a great experience and we’re happy to call this place home!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the management at this apartment. After applying, I waited forever just to get a response. Initially, they were polite, but that changed quickly. I was told the manager would call me back—but days went by, and I heard nothing. When I followed up, they hung up on me. First, they told me I only had to pay $100 to hold the unit. The space is so tiny, you feel like in prison, they never actually renew stuff, everything is old, every year they keep raising the prices, and also they have a serious problem with cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳
