This comment is about the service, not the doctor that I met. I had an initial consultation with Dr. Levitt here several weeks ago. Except for the extended wait time, the section went well. The service offered by the staff here is really bad. I tried to call the office multiple times after the visit, I was able to speak to the operator twice. Every time, I was told that Dr. Levitt’s assistant would call me back but unfortunately she has never called me. What a service!

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was asked to text a photo of my insurance ID card to a number before they could proceed. I wasn’t comfortable texting sensitive insurance information to an unknown number and asked if I could provide the details over the phone instead. I was told that wasn’t possible, so I decided not to move forward with scheduling. Just something for others to be aware of.

Had a procedure here and the entire process went smoothly from arrival to departure. The instructions were clear, and the answered any questions I had leading up to the procedure. Staff was friendly and calming upon arrival, and all the staff members who did the intake, the actual procedure, and discharge were friendly, communicated what they were going to do, and answered all my questions. Special thank you to Helen, Na, Melissa, Angelica and Rene for making me feel comfortable.

The front desk ladies do not even acknowledge you when you come in, can’t even say a simple hello can I help you, nothing. Seem to only be nice or acknowledge you if you speak Vietnamese like them. When they take you back as a patient , they do not even confirm name and date of birth and again they do not speak to you. Do not recommend.
