I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was asked to text a photo of my insurance ID card to a number before they could proceed. I wasn’t comfortable texting sensitive insurance information to an unknown number and asked if I could provide the details over the phone instead. I was told that wasn’t possible, so I decided not to move forward with scheduling. Just something for others to be aware of.
Had a procedure here and the entire process went smoothly from arrival to departure. The instructions were clear, and the answered any questions I had leading up to the procedure. Staff was friendly and calming upon arrival, and all the staff members who did the intake, the actual procedure, and discharge were friendly, communicated what they were going to do, and answered all my questions. Special thank you to Helen, Na, Melissa, Angelica and Rene for making me feel comfortable.
The front desk ladies do not even acknowledge you when you come in, can’t even say a simple hello can I help you, nothing. Seem to only be nice or acknowledge you if you speak Vietnamese like them. When they take you back as a patient , they do not even confirm name and date of birth and again they do not speak to you. Do not recommend.
The doctor was not helpful in addressing the root cause of my issue and instead insisted on me continuing with short cut solutions for constipation like laxatives and more fiber, which doesn’t make sense for me to constantly take laxatives to cure my issue. Didn’t even want to check if I have risk of having poop stuck in my colon which is something important to check and address. Would give this facility 0 stars if I could cause I wasted my time driving up and making an appointment for someone to tell me just take laxatives ... read more
Dr. Kitty seems to be a knowledgeable doctor but her assistant Lisa is a horrible person. She ordered the wrong test and tried to pretend everything is great when I confronted her. It takes more than 30 minutes wait time to talk to the front desk and everything is just abysmal.
