I asked San Jose Electricians for a price on an electrical service upgrade. Even though Herbert no longer handles modular home work, he still took time to check my panel box, look over a few other electrical issues, and explain what needed attention. He spent around half an hour at my home and did not charge me anything. Very helpful, honest, and professional service, and the whole visit showed real care and solid electrical knowledge. Many contractors could learn from that kind of customer service.
