Therapy with Randi has outright worked wonders. When I first came to Randi I was under so much stress I wasn’t sleeping but a few hours a night. Needless to say, this was causing problems in all areas of my life. I had seen a doctor who said there was nothing she could do about it other than prescribe sleeping meds. They canceled my appointment twice in 10 days because the counselor was ill. Maybe SJSU should hire more therapists to work with the 32,000 students who attend this university. The only redeeming quality was the pleasant person on the phone who had to call me twice to tell me I wasn’t going to get the help I need.
