I went here for some signs that I needed made. They missed the delivery time, so I ran down to the store frantic only to be met with an employee who had no idea what I was talking about. I ran back to my office and the owner had just delivered the signs without bothering to tell me. Great, right? Not so much. He made them on the wrong substrate, and put them on the substrate I'd specifically told him I didn't want.
