Great staff
Went for 'simple change of battery' but they diagnosed a major engine issue on my R9T requiring whole engin replacement. Even with a lack of service record, Pete and his team went above and beyond to get the warranty claims. Got it back today with a brand new engine. Cheers and much thanks to BMW san jose!
