Physical therapists are fine, some more personable than others. The problem is with the front desk/scheduling. The first appointment was fine, but every single one after that the lady that would schedule it would mess it up. She would write down appointments on a large calendar that was on her desk with pencil. She would put me down for say 3pm, I would show up before 3pm only to be told she had me down for 4pm so I would have to wait until then. My wife has been going here, off and on, for 3 to 5 years. She likes it here and has been improving in her movement .
My stay there was wonderful. The therapy is very good they worked me hard 100% better then going in.rooms,food, doctor's, nurses, cna,everything was great.
I am totally impressed with this center and all the people working there. They helped me with my back problems. I wish I would have done it sooner. Everyone here is very friendly. They are truly concerned about your health.
