Staff was very welcoming. Words can't describe how much they helped me during my time of need.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My doctor referred me to here and they obtained an authorization from insurance company and then told me to call here and I did. I am currently on multiple psychotropic medications and I have no one to talk to, I have no family, no friends, no one. My husband is here but he works a lot so I see him for dinner and that’s it. Had a terrible time trying to get the resources and support I needed to manage my mental health here. The psychiatrists are very dismissive. Had several try to put me on antipsychotics when I communicated that I did not want to try that route. Thankfully I found a different place with a psychiatrist that helped me get stabilitized in a manner that made me feel respected and cared for. I'm sorry that locals have to go here.
