I’m taking my mom and my dad to Dr. Cacho. I find him caring, respectful, understanding to patient’s feelings and he explained in details with regards to my parents heart’s situation. He ordered lab works and other tests to be able to see to it that they will be taking care of. I’m thankful that he is my parent’s cardiologist.
I find Dr. Cacho very kind and caring of my heart disease. He takes time to educate me on my heart problems. He listens to me and answers my questions. Orders lab work and cardiac test to make sure my heart is functioning properly. His staff gets 5 stars. Great ladies that follow through on my needs.
Hmmmm, waited weeks for an appointment, which was finally scheduled for a Thursday. Wednesday night at approx 6pm, a message was left, by a female stating that the appointment would have to be rescheduled because doctor was attending a seminar!! Really!?!? A doctor doesn't know he's going to a seminar until the night before? Come on, now... Called to reschedule, "someone will get back to you". I am still waiting, 1 week later. GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!
