They seem to not want to work for them having calls forwarded to their voicemail whenever it clearly states on google that it closes at 5pm. I called right at 4:30pm and calls were already forwarded to their voicemail. Smh

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Expect to be here 2-3hrs WITH appointment months in advance. They always over book and lobby is extremely crowded with severall ppl having to stand or wait outside its absurd! Drs are way too old to still be practicing, they have trouble moving around and need nurse to do basically everything. Then he sees you for 5min, says same stuff over and says see you in 6months. What a joke, been this way for several years now, hate this only place my insurance accepts

If 0 stars were an option, my rating would be 0. They gave me wrong paperwork upon arrival with the wrong fees. When asked about it, no one could answer. Waited over an hour past appointment time. I was ran back and forth thru the office and then into what appeared to be a supply closet to get "fitted" for my contacts. Once I had contacts in, they were never checked. Told a different kind would be ordered for me. 10 days later still don't have the trials. Asked for previous brand, they said they don't have the prescription. ... read more

I should have paid attention to the reviews and not even tried to go here. Will not take walk ins for a regular eye exam at all, but handed me a card to step outside and call the person at the next desk to set up an appointment. I called and was placed on hold for a couple of minutes and then they hung up on me. I called right back and conveyed the hold time and hang up to the same person that had hung up on me and the the response was "yeah, so, what do you need". Worst Doctor ever. I brought my son in with a very severe case of Uveitis (he was almost blind in his left eye from the inflammation). I am not going into detail too much; it is too long of a story, but long story short, this man is way to old to be practicing medicine. We waited over an hour (with an appointment) for my son to be seen. He was literally in the room examining my son with the help of his nurse (he can't see himself) for less than 5 min. My son got worse so we had to seek the help of a different Ophthalmologist... read more
