I signed in as I was asked to do there were three people in the entire waiting area after about 45 minutes I heard Richard they called the name Richard twice my last name is spelled like Richard they never said my first name I went up to the desk about almost 2 hours later and she told me that she called my name twice when in fact she did not last name only front desk reception horrible the technicians were very polite very apologetic and very nice that's the first time I've had a problem at San Jacinto Imaging but enough ne... read more
I checked in to have an x-ray in my hand at 10 and didn't get taken care of till 11:45 when I approached the window to ask what was going on that young lady told me she was just barely putting in the information to get the hand x-ray the X-ray took all of 5 minutes I just think they need to tell you if you have a long wait instead of you just wondering what's going on
They are very friendly there. And have an open MRI ,which is nice for closterfobic.
