This is a first class facility! Front desk staff is very good, even quickly resolved an issue due to an error by a physician. X-ray technicians were very polite and efficient. It was a great experience there, should I have further needs to visit, I would certainly look forward to it!
Had an X-ray done and the staff was very organized and fast. The office is clean and the staff is very professional.
Had to have a mammogram and as all us women know it is not something we want to do. My experience was honestly kind of fun my tech put at such ease that it was done quickly and not bad at all. Thank you! Highly recommend San Jacinto imaging !!
Scheduled appt for 7/22/18. They called me on Friday 7/20/18 and left message confirming for 7/21/18. Hmm...my appt was originally made for 7/22, but ok (thinking maybe they told me the incorrect day when originally scheduled since it was a Sunday). � Because I cannot drive at this time, I took a Lyft to the confirmed appt date, arrived at 7:15am, and waited for the office to open. Generally very good. Wait time is not too bad. Staff is pleasant. The only hiccup was when I went there for an MRI of the right knee, and the technician did it for the left knee. Not cool.
Walked in with My 4 yr old for an X-ray was in and out in about 25 min
Great staff and Lisa gracia is the best!!!!!
Wonderful staff and experience. They have an OPEN MRI machine that was the only way for me. And my honey was allowed to stay with me the entire time. I had a previous MRI at a different place that was not a good experience and left me in fear. This was an entirely different time. And 72 hours later , we can pull up the results on our personal computer.
