I am grateful that I got an apartment. These are efficiency apartments. It could use an update. The kitchen cabinets are high so if you are 5'6" and shorter I advise a step ladder. Refrigerators are rusty so are the sinks and tubs. Unfortunately they depend on government aid in order to update and I don't see much happening soon. I will say management prioritizes repairing, providing new appliances and cabinets in vacant apartments than they do for tenants who live at the property and pay their rent monthly.
