If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a horrible hospital with insensitive staff and insensitive doctors. I went in 3 times with my daughter and they kept sending me home saying it was symptoms of strep throat , They did not do labs on her even after i exspressed she wasnt getting better with the antibiotics ,They did not look into anything further it took her to start breathing funny for them to do something more then check her vitals , They just kept sending her home and come to find out My daughter was having symptoms... read more
Recently delivered my baby at San Gorgonio and was very pleased with the staff. The nurses were so friendly and on top of it. Nurses always checked in on me. Made sure me and baby were taken care of. The hospital was super clean. Staff would come in a clean each day that I was there. The food was pretty good. Chicken pot pie was my favorite. Overall good experience. Thank you everyone for being on top of it and being so kind to my family.
The have their patients in the hallways. You can literally hear absolutely everything that is going on with the person sitting beside you. The staff kept ignoring an old lady in room 107 and the poor old lady was asking for help to use the restroom they told her they would be right back to help her at took 20mins and she shouted please please please help me so sad…..
I sought emergency care due to ongoing irregular heartbeats accompanied by dizziness and light-headedness. Given my history of syncope, these symptoms were particularly concerning. The nurse advice line considered my condition serious enough to recommend calling 911, and the paramedics documented PVCs. While the staff were polite and efficient, my primary concern is that my cardiac symptoms were not continuously monitored during my visit.
