I went to this hospital because I was experiencing right side pain, as well as lot of discomfort towards my upper back, when they read my vitals my sugar was a little high they didn’t seem concerned so I didn’t make a fuss either, they took me to get all my tests done they had me wait in the waiting room with my IV already In, because of the Tylenol they gave me I fell asleep next to my husband, he stayed awake to make sure if they called me to wake me up, I woke up on my own no one ever called me I told my husband can you p... read more
I would give it a -5 star review if I could ! Went in for diabetes & wrote my visit was for a HEADACHE & send me home. I told them I was feeling lighted headed and had faint twice & my bp was 147/103 & bs was 172. Asked to run blood tested and said no gave me IV And Benadryl sent me home. Woke up and lost vision for a couple of seconds and felt lighted headed AGAIN. Now driving to Moreno Valley hospital for better care. Definitely will not go back here !!!!
This is absolutely the worst hospital ever. I am 5 months pregnant and recently came in because I think I had a panic attack but I wanted to make sure my baby was okay. I waited 3.5 hours in the triage/lobby before they ever triaged me. They literally don’t make pregnant women a priority. Someone walked in 2 hours after me with a swollen hand and they got seen and walked right out before I ever got triage. Definitely do not go to this hospital. Worst care ever!
I can't Thank the wonderful staff at this hospital enough. They were fast and attentive even with being extremely short staffed. If I ever have another emergency this is definitely the place I'm going.
