Waiting on nurse for an hr to see me for a possible concussion .. I can hear the nurses talking about their tik tok posts laughing and having a good old time ... Great how they care about their patients..hope no one is dying
The nurses are rude, very unprofessional. I called to check up on my husband. His mother and sister were also on the phone with me because we were all worried about him. She said they can’t confirm if we are really his family and couldn’t give out information over the phone. She rose her voice at me and hung up the call. My husband had a terrible experience before at this hospital, they did not treat him well and I would not recommend this hospital.
The staff were very enthusiastic; I am very satisfied.
Absolutely from being seen in the ER to my room the care is excellent the doctors are definitely good ones, they don't want to miss anything XRay person the cardiogram girls the labs people the respiratory therapist the LVN RN and the CNA even the EVS employee are all friendly and helpful. Thank you ER for the care you gave me in my needs. Went home the next day as if I never had pneumonia with the medication I needed.
