Harmful and dangerous for many reasons. Staff don't check voicemail or return calls for weeks. They told me that they only have one land line, no call waiting, so calls go to voicemail. Finally an appointment weeks later, but in a dirty, grimy, dark, dilapidated office mall. Patient room was cut in half with dry wall blocking a WINDOW to create a front office cubicle and miniature patient cubical. Filthy patient tables and chairs with holes. Stay away from this place.
Sure this place is a little older and run down compared to other facilities I have been to, but after several appointments with 2 different therapists, I found that they had decent service and I decided I would continue my care here since the location is also convenient. Today, everything changed. I had an appointment with another therapist, Ivy. When I arrived to my appointment there were two other patients in the lobby.
