Overall good experience. The front staff was nice. The nurses, phlebotomist, radiologist, and providers were very thorough and efficient at testing, diagnosing, and treating. The front waiting room didn’t look busy but it was busy on the inside. I did a walk-in at 7 pm. Did urine and blood labs, CT scans, got my diagnosis, treatment ((1) shot), and prescriptions sent to pharmacy in around 2 hr and 30 min.

Hello My 81 year-old-stepmother was brought to the emergency room for a medical condition on 5/26/2026. We had a bad experience with the emergency doctor Jhun, Michelle. I don’t usually share bad experiences because I truly do believe people can be having bad days and I try to stay positive , with that being said I couldn’t help but to have to share the experience I had at this hospital . I was (and still am ) having really bad upper abdominal pain , anyone that has experienced this before knows how painful this is . Very disappointing experience. The registration staff (7am shift) was unprofessional and visibly annoyed. The patient had a wrist injury and limited English, and I was assisting with translation, yet she still pressured him to sign without proper accommodation.
