I had an excellent experience. I made my reservation online for a van and realized it was too small for the move. The attendant was helpful with his suggestions and luckily a 10' truck was available. It was the beginning of a long moving day for me, and this interaction definitely set a positive tone. Drop off was also easy. I highly recommend this location. I didn't go into the storage place I was actually following a friend so he could drop a U-Haul truck off.
Friendly staff and clean location. Only price was the difference and lack of ground floor access.
