My father had a good experience here. He was in the physical therapy part of the center and the therapists themselves were really great. He really like Whitney and her style of therapy. The only negative I have to say is that they forgot to bring his lunch one day but they were very attentive about meals after that. My dad liked the variety of meals and the selection. Overall, I would recommend this place for physical therapy rehab.

The experience we had with my grandmother as a resident was great. The nurses, CNAs, and the other staff showed so much compassion for her.

My mom was transferred here from Seton last week. Yesterday she called for someone to help her get to the bathroom, and no one came. She tried calling out to various staff roaming the hallways and was ignored. The staff also didn't change her soiled diaper. I called the nurse's station to try and get an update on her condition; instead I was transferred to her room (and they woke her up!). The social worker is useless, doesn't return calls and doesn't follow through on requested information. I would recommend going someplace... read more
