THIS OFFICE NOW USES AN AI ANSWERING SYSTEM. Love Dr. Chao and her staff. I have been coming here for YEARS. However the office is now using a VERY TERRIBLE and not intuitive AI answering chat bot. It’s very frustrating and draining. I can’t imagine if someone has a speech impediment getting any help from their AI system. I was about to hang up and find another eye doctor but the staff who answered the phone was able to help me and answer my questions.
I live near Sacramento. Had a fall and my glasses needed work. Found this place sells the same frames. They fixed my frame in 5 minutes and did not charge me. Great place. If you live near by you need to use these lovely people
I got my eye exam here. The patient experience is amazing and Dr. Chao is very informative. The exam is a very comprehensive and thorough! It has a family feel so a great place to come back to!
Excellent customer service. I’ve been going to Dr. Chao for 31 years. She has a great selection of glasses and offers payment plans. I incorporated contacts which is very convenient
