The best care all around.
I’m rating them so low because of the service. I had my first ever appointment with them a little over a year ago and it was GREAT. Fast forward a couple of months in January 2025. I was super ill and they only wanted to schedule telemed appointments even though I was asking for in person appointments they refused. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, my pharmacy has been trying to contact them to refill a prescription of mine and they weren’t getting a response. I took it into my own hands and called the doc. Dr. Wheeler is excellent, but the office management is very poor, and it is very hard to have access to your primary doctor. Very disappointed.
I really like Dr.Wheeler.. she's absolutely caring.. she's sent me to other doctors and they are extremely just as great as her
