If you're considering GAE(geniculate artery embolization) for osteoarthritis, San Francisco Vein & Vascular Institute is a good place to go for the procedure. The facility is brand new, the staff is friendly and professional. Dr Nathanson and his team were fantastic. I was very happy to have chosen them for my procedure.
I wish I could have given more stars but my first experience was horrible with the Doctors front office worker. Not only was "Shay" rude but also displayed arrogant behavior. She couldn't find me in the system and denied getting any referral paperwork from my primary care provider and was loud and obnoxious.when one of her colleagues tried to help me she interrupted him from speaking to me.
