SF Toyota on Geary and 4th is reliable, professional and super well-organized. An impressive operation all around.
I usually go to the dealer where we bought the car (Prius v)--Daly City--, but the wait to have a recall fixed was too long, so I scheduled much sooner at the Geary dealer. The line to get into the shop (out onto 4th Ave.) was the only problem (arrived at 9:58 for 10 am appt--maybe I would come sooner next time). Otherwise, the service was efficient, done exactly when they promised and the guy helping me was super nice and patient.
I am always a bit weary around getting service done on my vehicle that is outside the usual oil change and tire rotation. I brought my 2007 Prius in for electrical issues. I was thinking they were going to charge a ton of money and not be able to correct the problem. They not only fixed the problem, the price was more than reasonable. The only complaint I have is that they did not call me to give me an update (they had my car over night).
