Sabrina was very responsive to my interest in a car for sale. She let me know when it sold to prevent me driving the distance to test drive it. After that, she emailed me about another vehicle for sale of the same style. She was very helpful even though I didn't buy a car from her.
Provided the info I requested in a timely and professional manner.
Truck was not actually in their possession. Had no records available to view even though SF Toyota did all the maintenance. Told me to wait til safety inspection was done on truck and they would contact me. Never heard back. Just heard from CarGurus yesterday that truck was sold day before. Typical used car salesmen.
