They made a mistake. It was supposed to be 0.15 mL and they put 1.5mL for my 4lb dog. My dog had severe bloody shits and they told me to bring her in after I called twice. That’s when they told me it was 10x the dose she was supposed to get because of an error in the prescription. They still have not given me a refund. They treated her and she is ok now. But they almost killed my dog and still won’t refund me the initial amount I paid for the service. Super upset that this happened and I will be finding a new vet. Update: 1 ... read more
Very solid professional staff experience. Didn't make it feel like the visit was rushed, make sure every option was explored. Really good communication. I enjoyed the layout of the facility, especially how the feline lounge is set up with carrier pedestals. They had the calming pheromone plugins to ease anxiety, wee wee pads, napkins and blankets are provided in that room as well. The facility seems really clean. I have had good experiences in the past but my most recent trip to the SPCA wasn’t very helpful. I had a kitten that I got from a jobless woman that wasn’t and couldn’t care for it. I knew I can’t have cats because I’m allergic but I didn’t want the kitten to be harmed. Anyways, I brought it to the SOCA and they turned me away with no resources provided.
