Dirty company and unethical people. They refused to allow a dog to be adopted while at the Tulare County animal shelter because it was already transferred to them. When I called them to explain that we had met with her the night before and my family fell in love with her and my wife and daughter were crying because we couldn't get her anymore I asked them to hold the dog so we could make the 4 hour drive to get her they refused to do so saying it was against their policy.
