How lucky am I to have little Frankie in my life. When I saw him as a little puppy in the window and found out your shelter named him Neal, I knew he was meant for me. Same name?! C'mon!! If that's not a sign I don't know what is. Thank you SF SPCA for choosing me to be Frankie's mama. He has been such a wonderful blessing and addition to my life.
