The San Francisco SPCA has been a Godsend for me. They have seen me and my canine babies through some tough times since my return to the area eight years ago. They helped me apply for a grant to care for my elderly Yorkie (Jojo, who I adopted from them) when her health took a turn for the worse. They were also supportive when Morton (my companion before Jojo) and Jojo both passed over the Rainbow Bridge in turns.
