Suzanne is a receptionist at SF Plumbing. She did a great job on the phone with her “How can I make you Smile?” intro being top shelf genuine. Getting the info and setting up a same-day visit was a clear and simple process. Appx 2 hours later Kevin C. the plumber showed up well within their estimated time window. I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids. Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew in... read more

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
