Terrible rip off pricing and service service
Person on the phone was short with me when I asked basic questions, wasn't even willing to try to help. Acted like I was bothering him by asking what types of products they carry and for their website info which only has oxygen products though he mentioned other items on the phone. Super dismissive.
We made a reservation for a rental last week. Our trip has been cancelled and I called to cancel the reservation today, 4 days prior to the start of the rental. Amber told me there is a 35% restocking fee ($175) for doing absolutely nothing. Again 4 days prior. I then told Amber, fine keep the cancellation fee but please know we will not consider using your company in the future. Amber’s reply: “good!
