Hi, We are really shocked that no one has told us that EVEN if we have it completely fixed then we won't get any rent paid back from section 8 at all WHILE the tenants are still living in our property ON BOTH JAN AND FEB. that doesn't make sense at all!! on Dec 2023, we got the inspection letter for the 14th and it didnt pass. Section 8 never mailed us or the tenant to tell us what we needed to fix and what was not passing. The tenant has to suffer from all the issues for a month. Excellent place ,clean, serious,great manager,This is a Mercy House building with Housing Authority on site,Section 8 eligible, excellent part of town surrounded by multimillion dollar converted homes to apartments. Plenty of free parking as welk as Garage parking for a monthly Fee
