The service dept will go above and beyond to help you out.. esp Jonathan in service! He is one of the best people I've come across in helping a customer out. From his tone of communication to his punctuality in getting back to you. We sure had a few misunderstandings due to miscommunication of others around him but it was straightened out easily once I went in to pick up my bike. I would highly recommend this place and a huge shout out to Jonathan for being a great person in service ✌️

Awesome service! Blew my Main Drive Shaft Seal outside of The City and they towed me home from SF to Santa Cruz! Very appreciative of the first class service!
