I placed an order last week . After that , I went to website to track the order which shows’ page is not available ‘. I have been calling multiple times on both numbers +1 (415) 251-1324 and +1 (628) 292-5803 on the website but no one picks up the call at all not even once . Is this place even open or operational? No one answers the call, no tracking of the order , I have no idea if my order has been delivered or not . It’s been a week now . This is horrible .
Person that was “filling in for someone else” didn’t know how to put simple basket together and told me to wait. After 15min told me to come back in another 10 mins. Save yourself the time. Go elsewhere.

I went to the SF gift basket in-person to create a custom thank you basket and I gave the woman working the mailing address and recipient info to ship to. The gift never arrived. I tried emailing and calling multiple times over the span of 2 months and never heard back. I also stopped by during normal business hours and no one was there.
