Dr. Tran, Dr. Kim and their support staff have been excellent in helping me with my procedure. I was suffer for almost four (4) month and immediately after the procedure, that pain has gone away and I feel like I'm back to normal. I truly appreciate the staff at SF VA from the ER to admissions.
Five stars for the clinical help you get, (if you can get it). Currently the peer support program has no one working. The patient care advocate department is facing layoffs per my conversation with them. If something goes wrong with the phone system… good luck getting help. The patient care advocate list a way to reach them by the secure message system… unfortunately this is impossible unless a tech within va adds them to your list of recipients. The hospital opens at 7:30 AM. Why is every men’s restroom on the 1st floor closed from 7:30- 8 AM for cleaning? There have been complaints about this for years yet no one can do anything about it. Why should these elderly veterans have to search the hospital to find somewhere to pee when they arrive at the hospital? Maybe the cleaning ladies should start at 6:30?
