Terrible consultation and advice, hard to get an appointment, provider was 20 minutes late to my video call, expensive service.

PATIENT BEWARE: they charge 3X market price. I met Dr. Ho to discuss my SIBO, and the meeting was totally useless - ended up being billed $790 for 30 mins. Dr. Ho seemed uninterested in finding solutions. Didn’t ask diagnostic questions, didn’t suggest options. The meeting ended with a dead end and Dr. Ho saying “I can’t help you unless you’re dying” and “the best I can do is prescribe you a low dose antidepressant”. Dr Frank Farrell is a compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable gastroenteroligist. I have been under his care for 20+ years and wouldn’t hestate ti recommend him most highly. His office manager is excellent and has always been responsive to my requests. Dr Farrell and his staff rate 5 stars without question.
