I had a poor experience with a few doctors attitudes, but the straw was a blatant billing issue. Long story short, I was charged a mystery fee that was never there on previous visits. I looked in to it and they scribbled something down about snoring, but I've never had an issue snoring. As expected they blamed it on insurance. Luckily, Sutter Health has just opened a new Ear Nose and Throat facility and I can try something new. Due to the shady billing I can not recommend this doctors' office.
Dr. Dana Petersen is a terrific doctor. Professional and personable. Was very gentle when conducting a procedure in my ear. Additionally, the entire office was pleasant and efficient. Strongly recommend this practice for Ear, Nose and Throat needs.
Dr. Grace Wu is truly one of a kind, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as my nose surgeon and dr. She performed a difficult and lengthy 5+ hour surgery to remove a tumor from my nasal cavity, and her skill, precision, and compassion were absolutely unmatched. One thing that stood out to me was her integrity and the way she always put my best interests first.
