I called expecting to speak with Dr. Kevin Ho, but the person who answered the phone didn’t even seem to know who Dr. Ho was — which was very concerning. When I politely asked to transfer the call, she became defensive and claimed I had the wrong number, insisting this was “Golden Gate ENT” and that no Dr. Ho worked there.When I tried to clarify, she abruptly shut me down and ended the call in a very rude manner. My daughter’s ear had been bothering her for days. We took her in to see Dr. Ho. At first she was nervous. But Dr. Ho was so gentle with her that she remained calm throughout the whole procedure. Thanks Dr. Ho for being so attentive.
My husband was treated by Dr Ho recently. We were very grateful for his help. He is very patient and experienced. Highly recommended.
