I do not hate the staff but I do feel horrible that I trusted this practice in panic and got charged insane amounts for the service thinking it was specialized for my needs when in reality it’s just a premium priced practice. 1 star for the staff being nice and also accommodating during slight complications. But not much help when it came to insurance sadly.
