I do not hate the staff but I do feel horrible that I trusted this practice in panic and got charged insane amounts for the service thinking it was specialized for my needs when in reality it’s just a premium priced practice. 1 star for the staff being nice and also accommodating during slight complications. Basically forced me to open a medical credit card and left me with 10k in debt. They try not to use your insurance. Their prices are ridiculous and they don't have real professionals reading your medical tests. Predatory at best, malicious at worst. To the reply from the business, my last appointment was February 2023. You just proved how scummy you are. Heres photo evidence. I'll provide more and the bill if you push me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. A HUGE waste of money. I did the $5,000 treatment plan. They didn’t listen to my complaints very well. I told them I have a joint issue overall and hypermobility and they didn’t change my treatment plan at all. They barely listened. They basically told me my jaw joints were ruined and if I didn’t do the treatment, I would damage the disc and have bone on bone. They quickly threw a bunch of Botox into me all over. I left this office sobbing in the parking lot. Please do not come here for any TMJ treatment or for any dental work for that matter. Do not believe the 5 star reviews, it's clearly paid or incentivized in some way. I was foolish to have believed them. I was not listened to and basically never given the chance to speak. They did not take the time to listen to my chief complaints, but went ahead to assuming random symptoms.
