The 5 star reviews are for the old doctors not the new one. I do not hate the staff but I do feel horrible that I trusted this practice in panic and got charged insane amounts for the service thinking it was specialized for my needs when in reality it’s just a premium priced practice. 1 star for the staff being nice and also accommodating during slight complications. From the first visit, the team was professional and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely a place I would recommend.
All the reviews about this practice pressuring patients to commit to excessively expensive treatments are 100% true. The assistant came in and told me I would have to pay $6,600 for nightguards and laser therapy and tried to get me to do it with a payment plan. When I said I needed time to think about it, the assistant came back and said they would offer me a discount but only if I committed on the spot. This is not medical care. This is coercive exploitation of patients in need.
