SF Guardian The San Francisco Bay Guardian is a pretty good FREE paper. I always find inetresting articles that I would never find with a mainstream papers. the advertisements are fun to look at. I also use this paper to find fun things to do on the weekends. they always feature different shows and clubs to visit. It is a great asset to our city. Best Independent weekly? This paper brags about being the best independent weekly in the nation, but lately I have found the content lacking. Most of the writing is just regular columnists. After the cover story there's not much original writing. It is read by every one, so it would be good if you're looking to advertise. I also find their horoscope surprisingly accurate.
