I highly recommend San Francisco Automotive Solutions. After a disappointing experience with another shop Phaedrus in Nob Hill, I brought my 2009 BMW M3 here and the difference was night and day. Pat and his staff are head and shoulders above the rest! I and my whole family have been taking our cars to SF Automotive Solutions for over 18 years and have always received great customer and auto service with thorough, clear explanations of what needs to be done, itemized receipts of what exactly was done, as well as a forecast of what will likely need to be done in the future so that I can be prepared. They really go above and beyond!
Patrick and his team was really friendly and informative. Not only did he go out of his way to pick up the tires (delivery mishap) but he stayed extra to make sure the car was finished that day. Highly recommend their service and if you have any questions about car related stuff, an amazing person to ask as well. Thank you guys!
Patrick is awesome, his shop does great work at a fair price (and fast turnaround). He is very proactive with his communication so you always know what the status of the diagnosis/part sourcing/repairs is. There is a high attention to detail and an obvious pride and ownership in all of the work that they do. In the past I’ve gotten tires replaced and a rearview mirror fixed.
