The audiologist was professional, friendly, and provided a thorough testing and assessment of my hearing needs. She provided all test results to bring to hearing aid providers. The results were detailed and precise, including a graph to present to the provider. She discussed the types hearing aids, providing options and my preferences. And she cleaned out my ears. My visit was extremely pleasant and thorough. The results were explained to me carefully and the selection of hearing aids that are now available is wide. Dr. Lampert's research of my insurance's availability, the phone numbers to call for a referral and the name and phone number of the dispenser in my area saved me hours of time on hold.
