Good staff. Only issue is the wait time. I waited 30 minutes past my appt time for my shots this week.
Workers and clinicians are nice. But I routinely leave one hour after arriving for a 30m appointment — they are always running late, even when my appointments are right when the office opens for the day. WiFi is laughably slow (<1 Mbps download) which is frankly inexcusable for 2025
Terrible disrespect for patients time. You show up on time and make you wait forever and leave you in the dark without any one telling you what's going on or for how long you are going to wait. People have work and schedules to attend to
Professional and friendly medical assistants and staff. Having had asthma / allergies since I was a child, I’ve worked with three other knowledgeable specialists. I am happy that I’ve found the level of care I need. They listen, care and work with you. I feel that Dr. Angela Chang and her team meet my asthma and allergy needs and then some. Thank you
Dr Chang was great! Listened to my concerns and gave me options on how to proceed, and I did not feel rushed on the call, very friendly!
