Extremely friendly and personable staff. I am receiving excellent care from this entire team.
As a new patient, my experience has been underwhelming. I am a transfer from Dr Michael Reid. His staff did warn me to schedule appointment and discuss transition as early as possible. By the time I finally got to do it, the earliest appointment was two months away. Then after a video call, I decided to restart my shots here, then it’s another month for them to get the viles ready…
Dr. Gupta and her team ask pointed questions that help me clarify my symptoms. She zeroes in precisely on the proper diagnostic and offers a variety of treatment options. I feel heard and included every time I consult with her, and my opinion matters for when we decide on the final course of action. She is compassionate, understanding and extremely professional. I highly recommend you seek an appointment with her to assess and treat your allergies.
