Disappointed to find out the Acura side of this dealership is just as bad as the Honda side. I tried multiple times to engage with the sales team online about an Integra Type S, and every time the conversation stopped the moment I mentioned competing offers from other Bay Area dealers. No follow-ups, no effort — just silence. When I went in person, things weren’t any better. I used to really enjoy coming here and then they try to be slick just like victory Honda I won’t be coming back. I don’t like people that try to be slick and run game on people a bunch of rats.!!!!! The whole sales team and the associates they get you in there. They were very nice at first and then they were very rude this time.
Customer service non existent. Worst dealership I have been to.
Do not come here, even for an oil change or god forbid an inspection… I got fooled once after hearing a noise on one of my front tires summer of 2024. Got my front brakes replaced per their recommendation since they couldn’t replicate the noise. I picked up my car and it still made the noise. Manager ended up doing a test drive with me and figured it out himself, not the techs working here.
