Jesse showed me a CRV with a 3 inch rusty hole in one of the body panels. She assured me it would be repaired before I left with the vehicle. On 03/18/2026 between 5pm-6pm my fiancé came to Honda after we got side swiped and that got the driver side mirror broken. My Fiancé then spoke with a service advisor named Rich & Eric and tried to get the mirror fixed and asked if they can look at the mirror but instead they didn’t bother looking at the mirror and lied about looking at it to my fiancé. If you're into burning money, their service department is a pretty good place to go. While it's perfectly understandable to up-charge as a dealer and for providing a service, $190 for an oil change and $600 for a drain and fill transmission service is pretty ridiculous (for an Acura that essentially uses a Honda engine). $40 to clean my battery? Even with their "very generous 14% off coupon" you're still above most dealers MSRP. Also, some basic training would be great outside trying to sell "30/60/90k" service and giving to... read more
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS DONE UNLESS YOU ASK THEM! MY APPOINTMENT WAS @8:30AM, BUT I SPENT MORE THAN FIVE HOURS TO GET MY CAR DONE ONLY FOR THE OIL CHANEG AND TIRE ROTATION, I KEPT WAITING IN THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE AND I FINALLY CAN'T BEAR THE LONG TIME WAITING @1:15PM SO I GO ASK THE AGENT IF MY CAR IS DONE OR NOT AND THEY IMMEDIATE DRIVE THE CAR BACK!!
