I used to really enjoy coming here and then they try to be slick just like victory Honda I won’t be coming back. I don’t like people that try to be slick and run game on people a bunch of rats.!!!!! The whole sales team and the associates they get you in there. They were very nice at first and then they were very rude this time.
Customer service non existent. Worst dealership I have been to.
Do not come here, even for an oil change or god forbid an inspection… I got fooled once after hearing a noise on one of my front tires summer of 2024. Got my front brakes replaced per their recommendation since they couldn’t replicate the noise. I picked up my car and it still made the noise. Manager ended up doing a test drive with me and figured it out himself, not the techs working here. I recently had a disappointing experience with San Francisco Acura. As an existing customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I reached out to inquire about the warranty on my vehicle, only to be met with rude and dismissive behavior. The staff was non-responsive, unhelpful, and made it unnecessarily difficult to get the information I needed.
