All of Harout’s 5-star reviews are completely accurate. That’s why I chose him and I couldn’t have had a better experience. With Zillow (and others), you don’t need agents to find you places to see. But you need everything else — what is their experience with the neighborhood, building, etc.? What are some easy changes you can make to get a place where you want it to be? Who should I use for my (pick any: lawyer, inspector, lender, contractor... the list goes on).

You need an agent to help you through the entire process of something you may only do a few times in your entire life.Harout does this every day and is tireless on making it a good experience for you, and making sure there are no surprises along the way.

I did not know Harout Sargsyan’s team before contacting them to help sell a rental property. I found them to be exceptionally knowledgeable of my neighborhood (Lake balboa and North Hollywood). I was also surprised how resourceful they were on unexpected questions and issues that came up including offering me vendor names to resolve issues quickly.
