There needs to b more communication between who ever make app and who receives them. I made an app on the 26 th got there 1 hour and was told that it was on the 25 th even though I had a cnnfirmarion call on the 25 th to make sure I would b there on the 26 th. So they gave my spot away and made a new one for next week which means that I have to fight the traffic to the 405 again parking is bad

Very professional care especially by Patrice and Veronica. They took the time to explain the procedure to me asked if I had any questions. We needed to reschedule from yesterday and Patrice made sure we were taken promptly this AM. During the MRI Veronica kept asking how I was doing. She told me how long each segment would be. They treated me with respect and care. I would recommend your facility to others
have had two MRIs at this facility and the staff has always been very caring, courteous and professional.
