I’ve been going to SF Dental for more than 5 years. SF Dental has excellent technical and supportive staff. They are joyful, professional and experienced team. Great communication skills, they will email, text you a reminder for you next appointment. The clinical setting area is clean and the equipment is up to date. Differently a five stars team.
I just received a text message to schedule an appointment which was a reminder of a review that I've been needing to write. I came in with Medi-Cal and they recommended a crown on tooth number 19 after two months of them stating that I needed the treatment I called to follow up on the pre-authorization just to be told that it was never sent and that the biller forgot. I had a chance to experience San Fernando dental care and what I will say is there going to stretch out your appointments to get your full payment and I would definitely get a second opinion Dr Baker doesn't practice their Kathy who is not a DDS practice there and she is about the money so please get yourself second opinions your hmos they are not fully utilized there they're going to try to add extra Care on to your co-pays and you will never walk out of there just getting your full dental needs met thank you so much
