I just received a text message to schedule an appointment which was a reminder of a review that I've been needing to write. I came in with Medi-Cal and they recommended a crown on tooth number 19 after two months of them stating that I needed the treatment I called to follow up on the pre-authorization just to be told that it was never sent and that the biller forgot. nice place makes you feel your in good hands but dental work is very expensive.
Dental Patients beware always verify your coverage with your insurance I was overcharged over $1000 last year and was about to be again this year another $2000 until I checked with my insurance filed grievance with my insurance I got reimbursed back $1100 for over charged by dental office so basically They didn’t do my claim correctly have to find another dentist because this year they wanted to charge me$4000 when was only supposed to co pay $2000. Just saying beware
