Once I no longer needed the storage unit I was renting and turned in my 30-day notice, Dan, either the owner or manager of the company, became rude and hostile. Emails went unanswered, or if he did reply he didn't address my questions. Finally I gave up on communicating by email and called him. He still refused to answer my questions on the phone, and then he hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional. I would never deal with this company again.
