The rate keeps going up and I don't see any improvements being done around the facility. The elevator door near my upstairs unit has been out of service for over 3 months and nothing is being done about it. Having to carry extremely heavy things up and down 20+ stairs isn't convenient and annoying, quite frankly. The keypads to enter and exit the premises could use a nice wipe down, too. The buttons look all dirty and greasy from hundreds of fingers.
Love the management but company hasn't returned my $1000.00+. I've been waiting since December
Great customer service skills. Was smooth with handling all transactions and very courteous to customers. I'd highly recommend doing business with San Dimas Lock-up Self Storage.

Are unit is infested with rats. Informed the office manager, but the problem was never resolved. Everything in our unit is covered with rat pee and droppings. The furniture was chewed on, nests were made in cardboard boxes. Plastic containers were chewed through. The majority of our items in the unit are ruined. And rodent insurance only covers up to $400.
