The staff was rude and unprofessional the would never listen to my concerns
completely unsatisfied with this clinic. The assistant who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional. It took me more than 2 months to get my annual physical exam results from them?!!!! Thanks twice before you come to them for health help.
Whoever just answered the phone was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to take the time to have me scheduled to have a phone call with the doctor. I asked how much it would be for the doctor to call and she was like “call who?” Obviously call me because I’m on the phone asking you about talking with the doctor. Then she says that she’d have to send me all this paperwork for me to fill out before he can call. Understandable but her tone and delivery was like that would be too much for her to do.
